  • Banking information: We do not store banking information. It is used only to generate your document and is deleted immediately after. Document metadata (e.g., for dashboard access) does not include routing or account numbers.
  • Payment records: As required by law (typically 7 years for tax/legal compliance)
  • Logs and security data: As needed for fraud prevention and legal compliance

DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@mycheckpros.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes). Account deletion will terminate your access to our Services.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted service providers to operate our Services. Each has its own privacy policy; we select providers with strong privacy practices:
